Palworld Breeding Calculator
Palworld 1.0 rewrote the breeding table, so older charts now give wrong answers — Penking + Bushi makes Sibelyx now, not Anubis. Everything here is built from the 1.0 game files and runs in your browser.

How it works
Pick a target
Name the Pal you want. We list every parent pair that makes it, easiest first.
Or pick two parents
Choose any two Pals to see exactly what they hatch.
Breed with confidence
All combos come straight from the 1.0 game files — no outdated charts.
Palworld 1.0 breeding guides
Version-specific answers built from the same table as the calculator. Each page states whether cross-species parents exist, how its list is ordered, and where the data has limits.
Frequently asked questions
Is this updated for Palworld 1.0?
Yes. Every combo is built from the 1.0 game files, which rewrote the breeding table. Pre-1.0 charts now give wrong answers — for example Penking + Bushi makes Sibelyx now, not Anubis.
Why did my old breeding combo stop working?
Breeding picks the Pal whose breed rank sits closest to the average of the two parents. Palworld 1.0 added new Pals into the middle of that ranking, so for a lot of pairs the closest Pal is simply a different one now. Any calculator still serving a pre-1.0 table will send you to the wrong parents.
How many Pals does it cover?
The shipped roster contains 287 breedable Pals and 41,328 unordered table cells. A 299-entry Paldeck-style count also includes entries that do not participate in the ordinary breeding roster: tower bosses, a duplicate cosmetic variant, Terraria crossover monsters and an entry flagged invalid or unavailable upstream. The exact inclusion rules are documented on the data accuracy page.
How do you know the data is right?
Our table is extracted from the 1.0 game files, and we check every cell of it against a second, unrelated extraction — a different project, different codebase, built by different people. All 41,328 pairings agree, and that check runs against the exact code this page ships.
Does parent gender matter?
Almost never — you just need one male and one female. There is exactly one exception in the whole game: Katress + Wixen, where the child depends on which parent is which. A female Katress with a male Wixen gives Katress Ignis; swap the genders and you get Wixen Noct.
What names should I search for?
We use the names the game itself uses, so “Kingpaca Cryst” rather than “Ice Kingpaca”. Community shorthand still works — searching either one finds the Pal. You can also type a Paldeck number.
Is it free?
Yes, completely free and no sign-up. It runs entirely in your browser.
Is this an official Palworld tool?
No. Palbreedery is an unofficial fan-made tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Pocketpair. Palworld is a trademark of Pocketpair, Inc.
